The Difference at
Mission Hospice

While the symptoms of a life-limiting
illness can have an impact on how you live your life, hospice helps
patients and families make the most of their remaining days, weeks,
and months. Many patients continue to enjoy some social and
recreational activities and are encouraged to remain as vibrant and
mobile as their physical condition will allow. Just as not all hospices
are alike - neither are all hospice patients. Our commitment is to
provide warm, compassionate care, for our patients and their
 families.

Massage & Aroma Therapy

Our massage therapists use their special gift of touch to bring comfort
and tranquility, as directed by the interdisciplinary team.

Certified Wound Care Nurse

We are proud to have one of the very few wound care specialist in the
state of Texas serving as a full time staff member.

Counseling Care

Our Licensed Professional Counselor is trained to work specifically
with elderly patients facing terminal illness.

Music, Humor and Pet Therapy

Our staff members use their specific skills to bring joy to the
daily life of our patients and families. Don’t be surprised to see
anything from horses to donkeys to puppies and kittens on
parade bringing joy and cheer to those whom we serve.

CNA Service

Mission Hospice is committed to providing excellent service to
our patients. Our Certified Nursing Assistance program allows up
to 7 days a week depending on the plan of care.
